Most people who exercise do it to create a positive result… So it doesn’t make sense to feed your body with junk food when you’re exercising to lose weight, does it? Another mistake many people make is that they think the
only way to lose weight is to dramatically reduce their calorie intake. That’s far from the truth! If you starve your body it decreases the rate at which you burn fat. The most efficient way to lose weight is to eat 5 nutritious meals a day and exercise.
| Carbohydrate Overload!
The SlimEZE™ Eating Plan is based on eating balanced carbohydrate (carbs) and protein meals. Carbohydrates are a very important fuel source for the body, however, when you eat more carbohydrates than your daily energy requirements (and most of us do), the extra calories are stockpiled as body-fat. Slowly but surely these fat cells keep building up and settle on the hips, waist, thighs, upper arms and back, not to mention around the heart, kidneys, liver and other organs. Fortunately, by making minor changes in your daily eating habits you can reverse this process and convert excess body-fat into energy very quickly. As your body draws from this stored excess fat you will lose centimetres off your hips, arms, buttocks, stomach and thighs.
It’s just a matter of making a couple of adjustments to your daily eating habits.

Recommended Protein Foods
Reduce your carbs after 3pm or 5-6 hours before retiring!
This is an important rule. Eat moderate amounts of carbohydrates before 3.00 p.m. or
5-6 hours before retiring. This is an essential part of SlimEZEWeight Loss Program.
Carbohydrates are essential for energy, however, eating high carbohydrate meals,
which are low in protein, can stimulate your appetite and can also cause
unfavourable mood swings, especially by mid to late afternoon. Protein helps to
control your appetite, provides stable energy levels, maintains a strong immune
system and also helps stabilise insulin levels. Your meals need to contain a balance of both proteins and carbohydrates to develop a healthy body.
Best choices include: meats i.e. fish, turkey & chicken; legumes and nuts i.e. soybeans,
kidney beans, lima beans, lentils, almonds, brazil nuts, etc.; tofu, tempeh, sprouts,
wheat germ, Spirulina, brewer’s yeast, hummous, tahini, etc.
Moderate choices include: lean beef, lamb and pork (not bacon), skim milk, soy
milk, rice milk, low fat yoghurt, low fat cottage cheese or ricotta cheese, eggs.
Recommended Carbohydrate Foods
Best choices include: all whole grains i.e. rolled oats, rye, barley, buckwheat, linseed meal, millet, most vegetables; Moderate choices include: potatoes, sweet potatoes, fruits, wholemeal pasta and brown rice, wholemeal breads.

SlimEZE™ Eating Rules -
For best results please follow these rules below while on the “SlimEZE™
Weight Loss Program”.
- Eat carbohydrates early in the day and reduce after 3.00pm.
- Eat 5 meals daily, every 2-3 hours. Breakfast, morning tea, lunch, afternoon
tea and dinner.
- Don’t ever over-eat!
- Don’t eat late at night or 2 hours before retiring!
- If you intend to stay on the program for more than 30 days, take the
Internal Nourishment Program
- Always drink at least 2 litres of filtered water daily!
- Always chew your food slowly!
- Don’t eat fried foods or any of the foods listed in the “foods to avoid” list!
- Do not exercise directly after a main meal….Wait approx. 30-60 mins!
- Exercise in the morning on an empty stomach and wait an hour after
exercise before eating! You will burn more calories on an empty stomach.

It is difficult for many people to combine the right balance of carbohydrates
and proteins at every meal. So we have made it simple for you by including
an eating plan for you to follow daily. Your body will work better with a balance of carbohydrates and protein. The Eating Plan provides you with an excellent source of complex carbohydrates (energy food), proteins (amino acids), vitamins, minerals, essential fatty acids and fibre. With this eating plan you will need to eat every three hours (five meals a day). This will accelerate your metabolism and maintain steady energy levels throughout the day. You can stay on the eating plan for as long as you like!
Foods and drinks “YOU SHOULD AVOID” while on the
SlimEZE™ Weight Loss Program!
Sugar, salt, full cream milk, ice-cream, butter, cheese (except those listed in menu), white bread, frozen foods, chips etc, chocolate, donuts, cakes, biscuits, jams, fried foods and peanut butter. Reduce – Coffee, tea, alcoholic beverages, drinks that contain added sugar - soft drinks, flavoured drinks, cordial drinks etc.
Foods and drinks “YOU CAN EAT” while on the
SlimEZE™ Weight Loss Program!
All nuts and seeds; almonds, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds and sesame seeds are
best. All whole grains, rolled oats, rye, barley, buckwheat, linseed meal, millet etc.
Sun dried fruits, raw honey - use in place of sugar. Cold pressed virgin olive oil, lemon
juice and apple cider vinegar (unfiltered) - Mix together, use as salad dressing, all fresh
vegetable and fruit juices, herbal teas. Skim milk, low fat cheese and low fat yoghurt with
no added sugar. Grilled lean beef, pork, lamb, chicken (no skin),turkey, fish and eggs.
The following Eating Plan is for those who want to get maximum results within
weeks! Most of the foods listed are rich in vitamins, enzymes, minerals, essential fatty acids, proteins and complex carbohydrates. This helps you maintain high energy levels throughout the day while working or doing your normal daily activities.
Select one choice from each of the 5 meals below. This provides you with 5 meals
daily. If you don’t like some of the foods listed on any particular day simply alternate them with another! This eating plan is for 6 days. You can spoil yourself one day a week, but don’t over do it!
Please note: If you are a vegetarian replace animal products with high protein
plant foods or follow the vegetarian eating plan provided. |

“SlimEZE TM Eating Plan!” MEAL TIPS –
Drink 2 litres of purified water every day! - It’s important to stay well hydrated when following a comprehensive training, nutrition, and supplementation program.
Drink at least one glass of water with each of your five meals, and more
throughout the day.
Just because these meals are healthy, it does not mean they need to be
boring. Include Apple Cider Vinegar and lemon juice with your salads (aids
digestion) and you can use lots of herbs and spices with all of your meals.
Use any of the ingredients from the “FOODS YOU CAN EAT” list to mix with
main meals for adding flavour and taste.
By following the SlimEZE™ Eating Plan you eat every 2-3 hours, which
keeps your metabolism elevated and energy levels high.
Grill your meats and steam all vegetables and rice.
Use only wholemeal bread, wholemeal pasta and brown rice!
Whey Protein Isolate!
Whey protein isolate (WPI) is an excellent natural source of protein that is rich in branch chain amino acids containing almost zero fat and carbohydrates.
Whey protein isolate is perfect to use between meals while on a weight loss
program because it feeds your muscles with important nutrients (essential
