Quick Cleanse Recipes

Chilli Sauce

Ingredients:
4 –5 tbs cold pressed extra virgin olive oil
3 red chillies, de-seeded & chopped
4 shallots, chopped
2 cloves of finely crushed garlic
2 tbs freshly chopped parsley
Salt-free seasoning to taste (optional)

Method:

  1. Heat the oil, add chillies, shallots & garlic. Cook for 2 minutes.
  2. Add parsley & seasoning.

This sauce goes well over wholegrain pasta & rice, or with steamed cauliflower, broccoli or green beans.
