Delivery by normal post takes approximately 7 working days within Australia and 2-3 weeks for overseas orders. However delivery times may vary depending on product availability at time of ordering.
All effort is made to deliver on time, however, we take no responsibility on any delays that may occur on Australia posts or Customs behalf.
No responsibility will be take for breakages that may occur during delivery, although all care is taken to package products for transit.
We reserve the right to change prices, amend incorrect prices due to any errors or omissions.
Weight Limits
Should your order exceed allocated weight limits for postage we will contact you.
Free Post Offers
Any free post offers are sent via regular mail. If free priority post is offered, this means that all parcels sent by this method are dispatched before regular post orders. This does not include tracking or insurance. If the customer would like tracking or insurance on their parcel, they will need to select an insured postage option. We will not accept any responsibility for loss or damage for any parcels sent via regular mail.
Returns
Customers wishing to return unopened and unused goods due to change of mind may do so within 14 days of receiving their order. Returns are accepted for an exchange or credit only and must be returned in an undamaged and resellable condition. The exchange or credit value will be for the cost of the product(s), less a restocking fee of 10% or $10.00 (whichever is the greater). For all exchanges, there will be a re-delivery fee (which may be deducted from the total exchange value). Clearance items, books, DVDs and CDs (Body Trim) are not accepted for return.
Returns Procedure
Prior to sending back any goods, the customer must contact us by emailing us at sales@discountvitaminsexpress.com.au or phoning us on 1300 307 978 and indicate the reason for requesting a return. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that all products are suitably packaged in order to prevent damage during return shipping. A copy of the original packing slip or invoice, or other proof of purchase, must be included with the returned product. Please allow up to approximately 14 days (or possibly longer due to stock availability) for replacement products to be received.
All Parcels returned to sender (Discount Vitamins Express) due to incorrect Address supplied by the customer, Acceptance Refusal, or unclaimed from post office will incur a $10.00 return fee. Customers who wish to have their parcel resent to them, will need to pay a re-postage fee (on top of the return fee).
