Any free post offers are sent via regular mail. If free priority post is offered, this means that all parcels sent by this method are dispatched before regular post orders. Returns

Change of Mind

Customers wishing to return unopened and unused goods due to change of mind may do so within 14 days of receiving their order. Returns are accepted for an exchange or credit only and must be returned in an undamaged and resellable condition. The exchange or credit value will be for the cost of the product(s), less a restocking fee of 10% or $10.00 (whichever is the greater). For all exchanges, there will be a re-delivery fee (which may be deducted from the total exchange value). Clearance items, books, DVDs and CDs (Body Trim) are not accepted for return.

Returning a product(s) incorrectly sent to you

In the instance that Discount Vitamins Express has sent you an incorrect product that you did not order and you wish to exchange it for the product that was originally ordered, this can be done within 14 days of receiving the order. Under this circumstance, Discount Vitamins Express will accept return of the goods and cover return postage costs provided the product is in an unopened, undamaged and re-sellable condition.
