Quick Cleanse Recipes

Garlic Sauce


Makes approx. 1½ cups.

Ingredients:
10 slices (250g) stale wholemeal bread
5 cloves garlic, crushed
¼ cup (60ml) cold pressed extra virgin Olive oil
2 tbs lemon juice
1 tbs purified water
2 tbs ground almonds
pepper to taste
salt-free vegie seasoning to taste (optional)

Method:

  1. Trim crusts from bread & soak in cold water for 2 minutes.
  2. Drain & squeeze as much water as possible away.
  3. Combine bread & remaining ingredients with pepper & seasoning to taste in a bowel; mix well.
