Makes 1 1/3 cups.
Ingredients:
1 cup parsley leaves
2 tablespoons chopped chives or spring onions
1 tsp dried basil
1 medium clove garlic, peeled
¾ cup cold pressed extra virgin olive oil
¼ cup purified water
3 tbs brown rice vinegar
1 tsp dried tarragon
1 ½ tsp prepared mustard
½ tsp salt-free vegie seasoning
Method:
- Mince parsley. Chop chives.
- Blend the remaining ingredients until smooth then add the parsley & continue to blend adjusting liquid content if necessary.
Can be kept refrigerated for several weeks.
Spoon over salad before serving.
