Quick Cleanse Recipes

Pasta with Vegetable Sauce
Serves 4-6.

Ingredients:

1 tsp of cold pressed extra virgin Olive oil
1 small chopped zucchini
1 small eggplant chopped into small cubes
1 large tomato chopped
1 clove garlic
¼ cup of fresh parsley (and a bit to garnish with)
Cayenne pepper to taste
Salt-free seasoning to taste (optional)
1/3 cup of purified water
250 grams wholemeal pasta
purified boiling water

Method:

  1. Place saucepan with water to boil for the pasta.
  2. Brush fry pan with olive oil.
  3. Place the eggplant & cook until soft, about 1 - 2 minutes.
  4. Add zucchini, tomato & garlic.
  5. Add ¼ cup parsley and cayenne pepper.
  6. Stir ingredients & add the water, simmering for 10 minutes.
  7. Add pasta to boiling water, cook for approx. 5-10 minutes. Strain.
  8. Serve vegetable sauce onto cooked wholemeal pasta & garnish with remaining parsley.
