Discount Vitamins Express uses Australia Post for all deliveries.
Delivery Address
It is recommended to provide a work address for delivery if no one is likely to be home during business hours. If you are not at the specified delivery address to receive the parcel, a card will be left so you can pick it up from your closest post office. Sometimes cards get accidentally discarded, so if you believe your parcel should have arrived, please check with your local post office as your parcel could be waiting for you.
Failure of Delivery
Discount Vitamins Express is not responsible for failure of delivery of an order by Australia Post after dispatch, unless the insurance option is chosen on the checkout.
Australian Customers
Postage costs may very depending on weight and volume. If your order exceeds the maximum weight for the $6.90 postage, we will contact you via the email address supplied prior to your order being dispatched. Please ensure that your email address is valid for contacting you.
New Zealand Customers
Postage costs may very depending on weight and volume . If your order exceeds the maximum weight for the $19.00 postage, we will contact you via the email address supplied prior to your order being dispatched. Please ensure that your email address is valid for contacting you.
Overseas Customers
Customs and imports
Customers are responsible for any customs charges or taxes imposed by the destination country. We are not responsible for any delays this may cause. Customers also take responsibility that the products they are ordering can be legally imported into their respective country. If a shipment is returned to DVE for failure to pay customs or product rejection by customs, the customer will be credited for their order less all shipping and handling, plus a 15% restocking fee. These charges include shipping to and from DVE, where applicable. We reserve the right to have a package destroyed at customs if it is too expensive to return. Unpaid duties and taxes will be charged to the customers' credit card.
Postal Rates
Postage costs may very depending on weight/ volume and the destination country. If your order exceeds the maximum weight for the minimum $25.00 postage, we will contact you before your order is dispatched. Please ensure that your email address is valid for contacting you.
Exchange rate...
All prices are in Australian Dollars ($AUD) which means you could probably save even more money because of the low Australian dollar exchange rate.
Additional Overseas Postage...
If you do not select the correct overseas postage, your order will show either $6.90, $11.00, $9.90 or 13.90 for postage. These prices are for local postage for Australian customers only. However, After completion of your order, the postage will be adjusted and you will be charged the correct amount for postage according to the postage preference you have selected (Standard or Insured). The corrections are listed bellow:
Australia Post: $6.90 = International Air Mail: $25.00
Australia Post - Priority: $9.90 = International Air Mail: $25.00
Australia Post - Insured: $11.00 = International Air Mail Insured: $40.00
Australia Post - Priority Insured: $13.90 = International Air Mail Insured: $40.00
D.V.E Overseas Shipping Policy
Please check with your country's customs office regarding the import of our products. The buyer is responsible for any import restrictions, prohibited import items, taxes, tariffs, fees, and duties. Countries we cannot ship to are France, Germany, Indonesia, Italy, Nigeria and Spain. If an order is seized by customs, then the purchaser assumes the cost of the shipping. When product is received back at Discount Vitamins Express we will refund you for the product, less shipping costs.
We cannot give an exact shipping cost because the shipping weight is calculated on the final packed shipment weight. Please include your e-mail address on any orders so we may communicate any problems may delay your order. If you have any more questions please e-mail.
For your protection, you may be required to submit additional credit card authorization including your legal signature and a photo copy of your credit card.
