Ingredients:
1 rye bagel
25g cottage cheese
50g sliced smoked salmon
½ spring onion, chopped
½ teaspoon capers
½ tomato, chopped
½ tablespoon finely chopped dill
½ tablespoon lemon juice
½ tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
Method:
- Cut the bagel in half and spread the cottage cheese then top with salmon.
- In a bowl combine all other ingredients and mix well.
- Top the salmon with this mixture and serve.
