Bagel with Smoked Salmon and Caper Salsa


Serves 1.

Ingredients:
1 rye bagel
25g cottage cheese
50g sliced smoked salmon
½ spring onion, chopped
½ teaspoon capers
½ tomato, chopped
½ tablespoon finely chopped dill
½ tablespoon lemon juice
½ tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil

Method:

  1. Cut the bagel in half and spread the cottage cheese then top with salmon.
  2. In a bowl combine all other ingredients and mix well.
  3. Top the salmon with this mixture and serve.
