Strawberry Smoothie


Serves 1.

Ingredients:
1 cup of low fat yoghurt
1 Tablespoon Whey protein isolate
1 small pinch of stevia extract (natural sweetener from your local health food store)
½ cup of sliced strawberries
1 teaspoon of sliced almonds
Sprinkle of cinnamon, nutmeg and vanilla

Method:

  1. Place the all of the ingredients into the blender or use a mixer and blend until smooth and enjoy chilled.

Variation: Try adding different combinations of fruits to the smoothie such as paw paw, passionfruit, apple, melon or blueberries!
