MSM (methylsulfonylmethane) is an organic sulphur compound that is naturally derived during the earth’s rain cycle. MSM occurs naturally in some primitive plants and is present in small amounts in many natural unprocessed foods (and beverages), but it is quickly lost during the cooking process.
Start with 1 teaspoon, 3 times per day and build up to 2-3 tablespoons per day.
