Ultimate Biotic contains a wide variety of 15 different types of shelf stable friendly probiotic flora, including Lactobacillus, Bifidobacterium and Soil Based Organism strains.

Mix 1/8 tsp of Ultimate Biotic in non-acidic juice (such as apple or grape) and let sit for 10 minutes.

Consume 10 minutes before food, twice daily.

Alternatively, mix in water, smoothie or breakfast/food. Ultimate Biotic does not have flavour so it can be easily added to food without changing the flavour of your food/smoothie.
