About Discount Vitamins Express

Discount Vitamins Express is a family-owned Australian business specialising in vitamins, supplements, and herbal products, with a long history in the health food industry.

Our story began in 1982, when our family opened a local health food store with a simple aim: to make a wide range of health-focused products more accessible to people who take an active interest in their health. From the very beginning, our focus has been on offering a carefully selected range, competitive prices and service that feels personal and reliable.

As online shopping began to emerge, we saw an opportunity to bring that same care and service beyond our local community. We believed an online store would allow us to reach more Australians — including customers in both metro and regional areas — and make it easier for people to access our range from wherever they live.

In 1998, we launched Discount Vitamins Express, bringing our experience, product knowledge, and customer-focused approach online. Since those early days, the business has continued to grow, and today Discount Vitamins Express operates from a dedicated warehouse, allowing us to streamline order processing and support customers Australia-wide more efficiently.

Our Range of Vitamins, Supplements, and Herbal Products

At Discount Vitamins Express, we specialise in a wide and carefully selected range of vitamins, supplements, herbal products, and related health-focused items. At any given time, our online store typically features thousands of products across a range of categories, including:

• Vitamins and supplements

• Herbal products and traditional remedies

• Functional foods and superfood products

• Beauty and personal care items

• Selected pet health products

• Water filtration

We stock a wide range of established and emerging brands, along with niche products, and we regularly review our range based on research, customer interest, and what we feel would be a valuable addition to our offering. Our aim is to provide a balanced selection that reflects both trusted staples and new additions — much like what you would expect to find in a modern, well-run health food store, available online for convenience.

Fair and Competitive Pricing

As a family-owned Australian business, we understand how important fair pricing is to our customers.

Our philosophy has always been to offer competitive prices across our range while operating in a sustainable way that allows us to continue providing reliable service for the long term. Rather than building additional costs into the price of every product, we focus on keeping our everyday prices as competitive as possible so customers receive genuine value across our range.

Many of our products also feature volume discounts, allowing customers to receive additional value when purchasing larger quantities of the same item. Where available, these discounts are clearly displayed on the product page so customers can see the pricing upfront.

Personal Service, Real People

We believe good customer service should be straightforward, personal, and easy to access.

When you shop with Discount Vitamins Express, you are supported by a real team who genuinely care about helping customers find the products they are looking for. Our phone number and contact details are always clearly displayed, and when you call, you will speak with a real person — not an automated system.

Customers are welcome to order online, contact us by email, or place orders over the phone. Our team is always happy to assist with general product enquiries, availability, and guidance across our range.

Australian Warehouse and Delivery

We operate from our warehouse in Wetherill Park, New South Wales, where orders are carefully packed and dispatched.

We offer fast, reliable delivery Australia-wide, along with shipping to selected international destinations.

Our Focus

We are proud of the relationships we have built with our customers over many years, and we genuinely value the trust placed in our business. Whether you are shopping with us for the first time or have been with us for many years, our commitment remains the same: a carefully selected product range, competitive prices, and personal, reliable service.

At Discount Vitamins Express, we're proud to combine a carefully selected range, competitive prices and personal service with the experience of a long-established Australian family business. We appreciate every customer who chooses to shop with us, and we remain committed to providing genuine value, reliable service and a shopping experience customers can trust.
