Return to Sender
All Parcels returned to sender (Discount Vitamins Express) due to incorrect Address supplied by the customer, Acceptance Refusal, or unclaimed from post office will incur a $10.00 return fee. Customers who wish to have their parcel resent to them, will need to pay a re-postage fee (on top of the return fee).
Some discount vouchers/coupons may have a spending requirement (eg: $50 or more). This amount is based on the cost of the products, not including shipping costs. Vouchers may have expiry dates.
Should your order exceed allocated weight limits for postage we will contact you.
Free Shipping Offers
Free shipping offers are sent via regular mail and apply to Australian orders only.
If you have included included a product(s) on yoru order that is/are martked as 'pre-order', your order therefore is a 'pre-order'.
Your pre-order will remain on hold until the stock is available.
If you have added other items to this pre-order that are not for pre-order these can either remain on hold or be shipped separately for a separate shipping fee. Please let us know if you would like to do this.
The stock for your pre-order will be added to our order with the supplier.
If an expected timeframe for the stock is known, it will be mentioned on your invoice. The timeframe mentioned is not a guaranteed timeframe. The timeframe mentioned is only an estimate based on information we have been provided by the supplier and may change at any time.
If at anytime, you would like an update on the timeframe, please contact us.
You will be updated once the product(s) arrive in our warehouse and your order will be dispatched via your selected shipping method at that time.
Some products on our website include a manufactuer's warranty. We do not facilitate the manufacturer's warranty on the manufacturer's behalf. In the event of a manufacturer's warranty claim, you will need to contact the manufacturer directly.
