Bonvit Psyllium Husks

Psyllium Husks are one of the most gentle soluble fibres found in nature. A natural mucilaginous bulk-forming agent which absorbs water to form a soft mass to promote bowel movement.

Psyllium husks are Gluten Free, a natural source of soluble fibre and are suitable for low carb diets.

Take 5g (approximately two 5mL metric teaspoons) once or twice a day mixed with a full glass (150mL) of cool water or fruit jice. Stir briskly and drink immediately. An additional glass of water is helpful.
