Caruso's Super Magnesium + Vitamin K2 combines the muscle and bone health benefits of Magnesium, Vitamin K2 and Vitamin D3 in a convenient, one-a-day tablet. It contains 6 forms of Magnesium in a time-release formula which releases Magnesium into the body over an eight-hour period. Magnesium supports muscle health, healthy muscle contraction function and muscle relaxation. It also helps relieve muscle cramps and mild muscle spasms when dietary intake is inadequate. Caruso's Super Magnesium + Vitamin K2 contains Vitamin D to support the absorption of Calcium into bones and together with Vitamin K2, helps to increase the metabolism of Calcium in the bones.
