This Glass Water Filter Jug is the ideal filtration system that has a variety of great features including a cartridge exchange indicator and can hold up to 1.5 litres of water with the BPA (Bisphenol A) FREE glass water jug. The resilient and safe glass material (hand-blown borosilicate glass) is infinitely reusable, environmentally friendly and toxin-free, offering an endless supply of life water which is rich in essential minerals.

The Gentoo Glass alkaline water filter jug eliminates chlorine, fluoride, contaminants (including heavy metals) and bacteria to minimal level from your water, leaving you with a cup of liquid health.

It’s perfect for dinners, outdoor BBQs and even picnics! Using energised ceramic, activated carbon and calcium ionised clay, the Gentoo’s breakthrough filters with 6 Stages of Highly Effective Filtration Process remove all the nasty extras from your water, leaving you with only the nutrients you need. The fresh, filtered water will greatly improve hydration by micro-clustering and reducing water molecule size to be easily-absorbed and get hydrated faster and more effectively through your body. Each filter cartridge is up for replacement every 3 months, or with 600 litres of water used, which ever comes first.

Gentoo’s Filtration – How it works

The jug uses Gentoo’s breakthrough filters that provide six stages of highly effective filtration. The aim is to ensure that the filtered water will provide the health benefits that you want. Water is cleared of all contaminants leaving you with a substance that is filled with the nutrients you need for a healthy lifestyle. The jug provides a number of benefits such as:

• Maintaining the right pH range through alkalization
• The removal of any harmful contaminants or the reduction of them to a minimal level
• Full improvement of hydration by reducing water molecule size so that they can be absorbed more rapidly

• Pre-filtration to rid the water of particles such as oil using a fine top mesh.

The six stages include:

• Energizing ceramic is used to alter water molecules and make them smaller, with clusters increasing absorption qualities.
• Activated carbon removes contaminants, chlorine, chemicals and organic pollutants and improves the texture of the water.
• Kinetic degradation fluxion ensures that heavy metals are also filtered while eliminating the growth of bacteria.
• Calcium Ionized clay and ion exchange releases activated calcium ions and mild alkaline suitable for consumption and body absorption. Activated alumina removes fluoride at this stage.
• A bottom mesh stops particles from being released.
