ColoZone Plus can be used as a magnesium supplement to help prevent dietary magnesium deficiency and to support general health and wellbeing.

Directions

Adults:

Under 60kg: take 1g (5ml metric teaspoon) once daily.
65 to 80kg: take 1g (5ml metric teaspoon) twice daily.
Over 80kg: take 1g (5ml metric teaspoon) three times daily.

Mix the recommended dose of ColoZone Plus with 1/3 of a glass or water, stir thoroughly and drink.

Store below 30° in a dry place.
Ensure lid is closed firmly.

Magnesium Carbonate hydrate 400mg

Warnings

Do not take more than 2 teaspoons in a 24 hour period, or use maximum dose for longer than 2 weeks.
