Green Omega 3 is a fish-free source of DHA and EPA derived from marine microalgae (Schizochytrium sp.). Made from a renewable algal source, it provides a vegan alternative to fish-derived omega-3 oils and is ideal for vegans and vegetarians.

Each capsule provides 255mg DHA and 127.5mg EPA.

Directions

One serve = 1 capsule.

Adults: 1 serve daily.

Expectant or nursing mothers: 1–2 serves daily.

Children: Do not give capsules whole to children. Open the capsule and mix contents with food including breakfast cereal, shakes or smoothies.

Store below 25°C away from direct sunlight.
