Green Omega 3 is a fish-free source of DHA and EPA derived from marine microalgae (Schizochytrium sp.). Made from a renewable algal source, it provides a vegan alternative to fish-derived omega-3 oils and is ideal for vegans and vegetarians.

Each 1ml serve contains 300mg DHA and 150mg EPA. The liquid can be taken directly or added to drinks or foods.

Directions

One serve = 1ml.

Adults: 1 serve daily.

Expectant or nursing mothers: 1–2 serves daily.

Children: ½ to 1 serve daily.

Can be added to drinks or foods.
