Superflora Gut-friendly Five Spice Aromatic Chai provides a delicious mix of fragrant tea & spices with collagen, prebiotic fibre and probiotic.

With carefully selected ingredients to suit you and your gut microbiome:

• PHGG prebiotic fibre promotes regularity without causing bloating
• Fragrant tea & spices (cinnamon, cardamon, ginger, cloves & nutmeg)

Suitable for all types of sensitive tummies. The PHGG soaks up water to form a soft gel. It helps food move through the gut at just the right pace and promotes regularity.

Add 16 g to a mug (around 1½ tbp). Add boiling water, stir well & top up with lactose-free milk.
